1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the official webshop of Seréna. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information

We strive to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. However, colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown due to screen settings and production changes.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept credit card payments only.

  • Buy now, pay later options are not available.

4. Promotions & Offers

Occasionally, Seréna may offer bundle deals, limited-time discounts, or promotional sales. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless clearly stated.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Average delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • All shipments include track & trace.

  • We work with various trusted UK delivery partners.

6. Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns under strict conditions:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You are required to submit clear photographic evidence showing the condition of the item(s).

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare products are strictly non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

7. Store Credit

If your return is approved, the amount will be credited to your customer account. You will receive an email with access instructions. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used for any future purchase.

For complaints or issues, please contact our customer service via email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
