1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location within the UK.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. All packages are sent with track & trace.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments only. We do not offer Klarna or other "buy now, pay later" options.
5. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is approved, we will issue store credit to your account.
6. Can I return a product after opening it?
No. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
7. Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. All Seréna products are cruelty-free.
8. Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our formulas are developed with gentle ingredients, but skin reactions vary. Always patch test before full use. Check our Disclaimer for more info.
9. What should I do if I have a complaint or question?
Please reach out via our customer service email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
