🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You must submit clear photo evidence of the product’s condition.

• Opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for proof of return.

💳 Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned items.

• This store credit will be added to your Seréna account and can be used for any future purchase.

• Store credit has no expiration date.

Returns without prior approval and proper documentation (including photos) will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
